Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is free forever - no credit card required. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel before the trial ends and never be charged.
What happens when I reach the response limit?
The survey widget will stop collecting new responses until the next month or until you upgrade. You’ll receive an email when you’re approaching your limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. You’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
How does the widget work?
Add a single script tag to your site with your survey ID. The widget loads as a Web Component with Shadow DOM, so it won’t conflict with your styles or scripts. It appears as a floating trigger that opens the survey when clicked.
